RE: Easter is Coming

December 8, 2011
December has arrived and winter is here for sure.
The heating is on full whack and the early mornings are now spent de-icing the car windscreen rather than watching the eight minute episode of Thomas The Tank Engine on Five while eating toast with marmalade washed down with a hot tea.

The 5am drive into work is beginning to be piss me right off lately, why you ask? I'll tell you why.
No other cars are on the road, when I approach junction traffic lights they automatically turn to green and I cruise between 30 and 40 mph with Heart Radio playing Today's Best Mix of Music, then from a side turning off Whiteladies Road this little car pulls straight out making me reduce my speed to an average of 22 mph for a good mile and a half. It seems we get Sunday Drivers every sodding day even when the official 'Sunday Drivers' are still tucked up in bed.

Christmas is just weeks away, towns and cities have launched the Christmas spirit and held big light switch on's across the country and every one is shopping for that perfect gift. Christmas tunes are played on the radio and in all major shopping centre's.
Only last week I was in my local Asda grabbing some Pizza's for a night in with friends when I stumbled across half an isle stocked with Easter Eggs. WTF, we are four months away from Easter. We still got Christmas, New Year and Valentines Day to get through and now we are faced with Easter Eggs. I'm sure it won't be too long before supermarkets will star selling these 'Seasonal' items all year around. Is it a marketing scam or is it what we, the customer, want easy access to?

Is it just me picking up on such things, let me know your views. Get in touch at info@jngroup.biz

Joanna Yeates

October 16, 2011
Joanna Yeates was killed last December by her neighbour, Vincent Tabak, who has pleaded guilty to manslaughter. He battered and strangled her in the Bristol flat she shared with her boyfriend, then dumped her body in a country lane. If ever a case required meticulous investigation and consideration, this is it. By the police, court and jury, that is.
The rest of us don't figure much – public interest has remained high, but that doesn't mean we have a right to every detail. Why then did I fin...

J&N's vs Corrie

May 1, 2011
SATURDAY APRIL 30, 2011:

J&N's and Tadgh set off to Cardiff Bay, South Wales on a First Great Western Train from Bristol Temple Meads.

The place was Cardiff Bay to watch Corrie: The Play.

Well it was very cheap acting, cheap scene and cheap story line.

The story was about Corrie from back in the 1960's to present day but instead of starting from 1960 and working their way to the present day, the play was all over the place with a little bit of Swan Lake to explain the Tony Gordon story lines.
